Please note that while Jasmine's personality can be found out about through the following upper link, I do use a different site for her Pokemon, which is listed below.

http://pokemon.wikia.com/wiki/Jasmine

Personality: While Jasmine is the Olivine City Gym Leader, she is a bit shy around other people, as she is formal and polite in her speech, uses lots of ‘ums’, and trails off into silence sometimes. As a result, she isn’t that good at forming tight bonds with other people, as Jasmine has no fans or followers to fight the protagonist in her Gym. However, she could also be alone in her Gym because she wants to show others that even though she only has three Pokemon, they can still wipe out a team of six. After all, Jasmine is very happy about her team.

While she’s not very good around people, she’s very good at dealing with Pokemon, as she’s built up such a great relationship with her Ampharos-which she uses to keep the lighthouse lit-that she’s nicknamed it Amphy, and it will only take medicine from Jasmine. Since she has such a tight bond with Amphy, it probably isn’t too much of a stretch to say that she has a tight bond with her other Pokemon as well.

While Jasmine is awkward around others, when she’s talking about her Steel Pokemon, she becomes very passionate about them and will gush or talk about them for a few moments before thinking that she’s probably weirding out her listeners. When this thought pops into her head, she'll stop speaking for a moment before moving the conversation along. She loves Steel Pokemon, as they are newly discovered in her timeline, and they are very strong. Since they are newly discovered, it’s quite possible that Jasmine previously had a different team theme-probably rock, since Game Freak loves it’s puns and a girl with ‘mine’ in her name would use something from the Earth-which means that Jasmine put away all her old Pokemon and switched to a different theme to become a stronger trainer. However, she probably didn’t release them, since she is better at making friends with Pokemon, and it is very subtly hinted at that Jasmine has no problems capturing and befriending other types of Pokemon that are unrelated to her job, such as Amphy. Even so, it is a bit odd to think that Jasmine, of all people, changed her team so that she could get stronger.

After all, despite her personality, Jasmine is a Gym Leader, and she does enjoy battling and bettering her Pokemon. After all, it would be bad if they didn’t improve, since they're her friends, and it's normal to want your friends to succeed in something. Jasmine, canonically, is only seventeen years old, and while having Gym Leaders and keepers-of-the-peace of a town that young isn't unusual for Pokemon, it does stick out. She may look really cute, but to live in Olivine City, a town with a good port and lots of burly, buff sailors, and be able to say that you are better than them, proves that Jasmine is much more than just a pretty face. She's also a hard hitter at battling..and a good friend to her teammates.

Abilities: Other than her Pokemon, Jasmine has no special abilities. She usually carries three around with her-a Magnemite, a Steelix, and a Skarmory. The stats and attacks for her Pokemon can be found below.

Magnemite
Level 30
Thunderbolt: A bold of lightning will come from the sky, hurting the target. It has a 10% chance of paralyzing the target.
Supersonic: White energy rings will attempt to hit the target. Can cause the target to become confused, which means that they will become dazed and sometimes attack themselves.
SonicBoom: An air pressure attack that deals minor damage to the target.
Thunder Wave: And electrical attack that will paralyze the target.

Steelix
Level 35
Screech: A loud yell that reduces the targets defense.
Sandstorm: When this move is used a sandstorm will brew. In the game, it lasts for 5 turns. In Animus, I'll have the sandstorm last for about five posts. This clears any other weather effect and is usable when the weather is sandstorm.

While Sandstorm is in effect, all Pokémon who are not of the Steel-, Rock-, or Ground-types will be damaged 1/16 of their maximum health continuously while the sandstorm is brewing.
Rock Throw: The Pokemon will throw a large boulder at the target.
Iron Tail: Steelix will use its long tail to inflict damage.

Skarmory
Level 32
Fly: Skarmory will fly up, stay up for one post, and then fly down and attack the target.
Steel Wing: Skarmory will attack the target with its wings.
Supersonic:White energy rings will attempt to hit the target. Can cause the target to become confused, which means that they will become dazed and sometimes attack themselves.
Wing Attack: An exact copy of Steel Wing.
